Pakistan’s Ahl-e-Hadith Association Condemns Iranian Attacks,
Declares Full Solidarity with Gulf States
The
Markazi Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith in Pakistan has strongly condemned the Iranian
attacks targeting several Islamic countries, particularly the Gulf states,
describing them as blatant aggression, a serious violation of national
sovereignty and territorial integrity, and a sinful assault on their security
and stability.
In a
statement, the association—along with its leadership and the Council of Senior
Scholars and Muftis affiliated with it—expressed its firm denunciation and deep
condemnation of what it described as Iranian escalation against Gulf, Arab, and
Islamic countries.
Within
the statement, the association’s president, Dr. Abdulkarim Bakhsh, a member of
the Pakistani Senate, affirmed that such actions constitute a grave crime under
Islamic law, as they represent a breach of the الأمة’s
principles and a violation of the bonds of brotherhood and neighborly
relations—especially when carried out by a state that identifies itself as
Islamic and claims to uphold Muslim unity.
For his
part, the First Vice President of the association, Dr. Ali Muhammad Abu Turab,
who also heads the Council for the Defense of the Two Holy Mosques in Pakistan,
stressed that such actions do not reflect the true values of Islam, which are
rooted in brotherhood and cooperation. Rather, they expose a clear
contradiction between proclaimed slogans and the troubling reality manifested
in such aggressions.
The
association reaffirmed its full solidarity with the Gulf states, emphasizing
their legitimate right to take all necessary measures to safeguard their
security, preserve their sovereignty and territorial integrity, and deter any
attempts to undermine their stability.
The
statement further warned that the continuation of such aggressive policies
would only exacerbate tensions, deepen divisions within the Islamic world, and
lead to serious consequences and increasing isolation. It underscored the need
to return to the path of wisdom and dialogue, and to adhere to the charters
that promote cooperation and solidarity among Islamic nations.
In
conclusion, the association expressed its deep sorrow over the current
situation, renewing its call for unity within the Islamic الأمة, strengthening genuine bonds of brotherhood, and working
earnestly to safeguard the security and stability of the الأمة away from conflicts. It also prayed for the protection of the
Two Holy Mosques, all Gulf and Islamic countries, as well as Pakistan, from all
harm.
